It’s a very sad story.

A new client cancelled the glass candle jars order this week. The client be satisfied with our price(promotion price), satisfied with our quality(I sent the product video), satisfied with delivery time(the candle jars in stock can delivery immediately).

And the client asked for PI for payment, I’m happy and waiting for order. Unfortunately the client email to cancelled the order due to only want pay from Alibaba, the client do not believe in TT and Pingpong.

This is the first time I’ve met with this issue, but I can understand, some clients get used to order from alibaba, it seems it a better and safe way.

But most clients, especially large and middle size clients do not order from Alibaba, Like if you heard Costco, Wal-Mart ordered from Alibaba store, what are your feeling？You will double, Is their supply chain stable? Can they get the lowest price? Can they guarantee the quality?

They definitely won't purchase from Alibaba stores, and pay from Alibaba. Why? As the large and middle size clients, always need factory inspection, meet with suppliers, and have a better payment, like TT/ OA.

For small clients, the Alibaba is nice way, as it has a platform involved in, if the quality is not nice, client is able to make a complaint and requires refund.

Why don't we use Alibaba? Alibaba buys traffic from Google and then distributes it to different stores. The traffic is controlled by Alibaba. At the beginning, many Chinese suppliers were unaware of this. But now many Chinese manufacturer known this, they decide buy traffic from Google to own store directly, our company is own of them. It will be a trend, now more and more Chinese manufacturer close their Alibaba store and run own google website.
